Light leaks in the dark period

Light getting into the tent during the 12-hour dark period in flower can stress the plant. Find and seal leaks.

Symptoms

• Light visible inside the tent with lights off.
• Slow or uneven flowering on a 12/12 schedule.
• Timer or schedule changed by hand.

• Sit inside the tent with the lights off and the room lit for a few minutes.
• Check the timer settings.

How to fix it

   Seal leaks

   Tape over indicator lights, close zips fully and fit light-traps on vents.

   Keep the schedule consistent

   Use a timer and never change the schedule by hand: 18/6 in growth, 12/12 in flower.
